Characteristics of oil-water separation machine:
1. Automatic oil scraping
When the oil level in the oil separator reaches a certain height, the mechanical oil scraping system automatically works, scraping the floating oil into the oil collection tank and flowing into the external oil storage tank. After the oil storage tank is filled, it is taken away at regular intervals.
2. Air flotation device
An air flotation device is installed in the oil separation zone of the oil-water separator. The air flotation device is composed of a micro blower and a micro porous aerator. The purpose is to make the grease in the sewage in the oil separation zone adhere to tiny bubbles and quickly float up, eventually surfacing. When the floating oil layer reaches a certain height, the automatic oil scraping system will scrape it into the oil collection tank, thus achieving the purpose of oil-water separation.
3. Heating system
To prevent the freezing of animal oil in winter from affecting the oil separation and scraping effect, our company provides an automatic oil scraping oil separator, which is also equipped with a heater in the oil collection area to ensure that the oil will not solidify into blocks at low temperatures, which is more conducive to the discharge of oil.
4. Automatic slag cleaning
When sewage enters the equipment, the debris separator should be able to intercept large solid impurities (with a diameter of 10mm or more), and liquid and small solid impurities with a diameter less than 10mm should flow into the sludge collection device.
