Party School of the Beihai Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China

Project Name: Party School of the Beihai Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China

Location: No. 95, Yinhai Avenue, Yinhai District, Beihai City

Overview:
Established in June 1957, the Beihai Municipal Party School began as a county-level institution. Its name evolved through several phases: in November 1958, it was renamed the Party School of the Hepu County Beihai People's Commune Committee; in 1959, it became a town-level party school; and in 1964, it reverted to a county-level city party school. In May 1984, it was elevated to a prefectural-level party school and relocated to its current site in March 1987. The school operates under a unified leadership structure with the Beihai Administrative College (founded in June 1996) and the Beihai Socialism Academy (established in September 2002), functioning as "one team with three designations." The current principal of the Party School is Li Lunbing, who also serves as Deputy Secretary of the Beihai Municipal Committee and Head of the Organization Department.
